Kaylee S. Kreitenberg is an associate attorney at Robert C. Gottlieb & Associates.  Ms. Kreitenberg received her bachelor's degree from Boston University where she majored in Communications.  Ms. Kreitenberg obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School where she received a CALI award in Copyright Law.  While at Southwestern, Ms. Kreitenberg co-authored two articles published by Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine: “Evaluating Gag Orders in the Era of Social Media” and “Parental Liability for Copyright Infringement by a Minor Child.”

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Kreitenberg worked as an associate for prominent criminal defense attorney, Mark Geragos.  While at Geragos & Geragos, APC, Ms. Kreitenberg was involved in high-profile criminal defense matters with allegations of money laundering, racketeering, sex trafficking, forced labor conspiracy, wire fraud conspiracy and tax fraud.  Ms. Kreitenberg also worked on civil litigation matters in jurisdictions across the country, which asserted claims for employment discrimination, defamation, bad faith and general business litigation.

After her tenure at Geragos & Geragos, APC, Ms. Kreitenberg joined a national consumer debt firm and had the opportunity to represent indigent clients on a large-scale in civil and bankruptcy courts during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ms. Kreitenberg is admitted to practice in New York, California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
